7 AAC 47.845. Review of eligibility

Upon receiving information indicating a change in an individual's situation that could affect eligibility for assistance under 7 AAC 47.800 - 7 AAC 47.890, the department will investigate and, if necessary, adjust, suspend, or terminate the assistance.
