7 AAC 47.800. Purpose

The Alaska Senior Assistance Program (ASAP) is designed to provide, in accordance with AS 47.25.120 - 47.25.300 and 7 AAC 47.800 - 7 AAC 47.890 and subject to available funding, financial assistance to eligible needy seniors in the amount not to exceed $120 per month for the period of September 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.
