7 AAC 47.820. Income and resources of spousal responsibility

(a) The income and resources of a spouse who is living with the applicant are considered available to the applicant to the extent to which they are considered available to the individual under 7 AAC 47.810 and 7 AAC 47.815, except the income must be legally available to the applicant to spend for the applicant's basic needs.

(b) In this section,

(1) "living with" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 40.240(c) ;

(2) "spouse" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 40.240(b) .
