7 AAC 43.865. Medicare coverage

For OASDI recipients 65 years of age or older, or those disabled persons under 65 who are eligible for Medicare, every effort must be made by the facility to use the benefits of 42 C.F.R. 405.201 - 405.488, part B of Medicare before billing the division.
