7 AAC 29.020. Approval of facilities and programs

To be approved by the department as a public or private substance abuse treatment facility or program, a facility or program subject to this chapter must meet the standards adopted by reference in 7 AAC 29.030 or qualify for an exemption under 7 AAC 29.010(b) or (c).
