Section 945. Limitation on copying

7 AAC 05.945. Limitation on copying

The State Registrar may specify as confidential information certain parts of any certificate required under the Vital Statistics Act, outside of the part certified by the signer thereof; such as the lower part or reverse side of the certificate. Such parts so designated shall not be copied or recorded in any local office without specific permission of the State Registrar; nor shall such original certificates be open for inspection while in the possession of a local official. Any certification made of any such certificate shall not include such confidential information except upon order of a superior court, or upon specific instruction of the State Registrar.
