Editor's note: In making permanent the division of elections' emergency regulations that took effect July 8, 2002 (Register 163, October 2002), the regulations attorney renumbered emergency regulation 6 AAC 140.006, Atqasuk Precinct, as 6 AAC 140.007, to correct the inadvertent re-use of the section number of formerly repealed 6 AAC 140.006 (regarding the Adak Precinct). The renumbering appeared in Register 164, January 2003. The history note for 6 AAC 140.007, Atqasuk Precinct, reflects the history of the substance of that precinct description under the 6 AAC 140.006 emergency regulation numbering.
