Editor's note: In Register 163, October 2002, an emergency regulation that took effect July 8, 2002 regarding the Denali Park Precinct was numbered as 6 AAC 108.125. To correct that inadvertent re-use of the section number of the formerly repealed 6 AAC 108.125, the regulations attorney renumbered the Denali Park Precinct provision as 6 AAC 108.126 when the emergency regulation was made permanent in Register 164, January 2003.
