5 AAC 99.030. Eligibility for subsistence and general hunts

(a) Only a resident domiciled in the state may participate in a subsistence hunt, unless participation is further limited by the regulation governing that particular subsistence hunt.

(b) Anyone may participate in a general hunt, except in some cases regulations governing a particular general hunt specify different or no opportunities for nonresidents.
