AS 16.05.780

AS 16.05.789

Editor's note: At its November 9 - 11, 1992, January 19 - 28, 1993 meeting, the Board of Game readopted 5 AAC 85.045(a) (3), (8) - (11), (13), (15) - (17), and (20) - (24) in their entirety, without change, under ch. 1, SSSLA 1992 (the 1992 subsistence law), which repealed and reenacted AS 16.05.258 .

Effective in Register 140 (January 1997), the regulations attorney corrected the hunt dates for the Nonresident Open Season in Unit 20(B) to correctly reflect that the beginning hunt date for 1 bull with antlers by bow and arrow only begins November 21, and not November 1, as set out in Register 138 (July 1996) and Register 139 (October 1996).
