5 AAC 61.036. Freshwater guiding requirements

A person who is a sport fishing guide may not sport fish in waters open to sport fishing for king salmon 20 inches or greater in length while a client is present or within the guide's control or responsibility, except when guiding a client with a disability. For the purposes of this subsection, "disability" has the meaning given in 42 U.S.C. 12102(2)(A) and (C), as amended February 8, 1994.
