5 AAC 01.580. Subsistence fishing permits; recordkeeping

(a) Salmon may be taken only under the authority of a subsistence fishing permit issued by the department; only one permit may be issued to a household each year. A subsistence fishing permit holder shall record daily salmon catches on forms provided by the department.

(b) Repealed 5/11/85.

(c) Whitefish may be taken only in the Tyone River drainage and only under the authority of a permit issued by the department.

(d) Dolly Varden may be taken in fresh water only under the authority of a subsistence fishing permit issued by the department; only one permit may be issued to a household each year. A subsistence fishing permit holder shall record daily Dolly Varden catches on forms provided by the department.
