Section 191. Provider charges

4 AAC 65.191. Provider charges

(a) A rate charged by a provider to a family participating in the program may not be higher than the rate charged to other families for the same service.

(b) If a participating provider has a discounted rate for those who meet the provider's requirements for that rate, provider shall offer the discounted rate to all participating families who meet those requirements.

(c) A rate charged by a provider to a participating family must be the rate provided to the grantee under 4 AAC 65.181(b) (4).

(d) An approved provider under 4 AAC 65.185 or 4 AAC 65.327 may not charge a registration fee to participating family.
