The Governor's Council on Disabilities and Special Education, established under AS 47.80.030 - AS 47.80.090 , is the advisory panel under 20 U.S.C. 1400 - 1487 (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), as revised as of June 4, 1997, and AS 14.30.231 .
