Section 60. Unsolicited proposals

3 AAC 233.060. Unsolicited proposals

The board will, in its discretion, accept unsolicited proposals that it determines are in furtherance of the purposes of the foundation as set out in AS 37.17.010 (b)(1). An unsolicited proposal is treated like a preproposal under 3 AAC 233.040 and is subject to the requirements for the submission of final proposals, peer review, and grant agreement requirements consistent with this chapter.
