3 AAC 155.070. Notification of allocations, project appropriations, and local share percentage

Each fiscal year, the department will notify eligible unincorporated communities regarding the

(1) amount of money appropriated to the unincorporated community capital project matching grant fund for allocation in that fiscal year, and, from that appropriation, the amount of money allocated to each individual unincorporated community account;

(2) amount of money appropriated under AS 37.06 as interest earnings from the previous fiscal year, and, from that appropriation, the amount of money allocated to each individual unincorporated community account;

(3) amount of money appropriated under AS 37.06.020 (f) to the unincorporated community for specific capital projects; and

(4) local share percentage and amount of the local share required of that unincorporated community under AS 37.06.030 (b) for each appropriation for a capital project.
