Section 63. Selection of proposed projects

3 AAC 155.063. Selection of proposed projects

To qualify for inclusion in the governor's proposed capital budget, the unincorporated community proposing the capital project must

(1) be eligible under AS 37.06 for a grant allocation;

(2) propose a capital project that meets the definition of "capital project" set out in AS 37.06.090 ;

(3) document the amount and source of local share that meets the requirements of AS 37.06.030 ; and

(4) provide a copy of the resolution passed by the community establishing the community's prioritized project list.
