(a) For three years after the completion of a project receiving a grant under AS 37.06.010 , the department will retain the records and documentation specified in (b) of this section. Upon request, the department will make them available to the office of management and budget.
(b) To satisfy the audit requirements of AS 37.06.080 (2), the department will maintain sufficient records and documentation to allow the office of management and budget to audit the department's performance and procedures for
(1) valuing labor provided by grantees to meet local share requirements under AS 37.06.030 ; and
(2) verifying the actual provision of the labor described in (1) of this subsection.
