Section 190. Use of money

3 AAC 145.190. Use of money

(a) Money received under this chapter must be used for the project for which the grant was approved and in accordance with the grant agreement.

(b) Nothing in this chapter relieves a grant recipient from complying with state and federal law.

(c) The dollar amount of money received under this chapter may not be used in calculating investment cost or a qualified expenditure for purposes of claiming a tax credit for the recipient or any other entity under AS 43.75.035 or 43.75.036, respectively.
