Section 50. Applications

3 AAC 143.050. Applications

(a) Grant application must be made on forms provided by the department.

(b) Grant applications must be received by the department no later than September 15, 1989 for the first funding cycle. Deadlines for additional cycles will be announced by the commissioner.

(c) An eligible applicant may submit an application for more than one project during each cycle.

(d) An applicant receiving a grant for a project during the first funding cycle may request an additional grant to continue the project during the second funding cycle.

(e) Applications not funded during the first cycle may be resubmitted for review in the second cycle.
