Section 50. Computation of payment

3 AAC 136.050. Computation of payment

(a) No payment will be made for less than $1.

(b) The property-tax equivalent percentage for each home rule or general law municipality that levies a general property tax is based on the highest mill rate levied within that municipality during the program year.

(c) The mill rate levied against the abode most recently occupied is used to determine the equivalent percentage for that year.
