Section 113. Request for recalculation of entitlements

3 AAC 130.113. Request for recalculation of entitlements

(a) An applicant may request the department to recalculate the applicant's entitlement to state aid under AS 29.60 if the applicant believes that a calculation error has been made. The request for recalculation must be in writing and must be received by the department within 10 days after receipt of the notice of entitlement under 3 AAC 130.112 by the applicant. Immediately upon receipt of a timely request, the department will recalculate the applicant's entitlement using the department's final millage rate equivalent determination, data elements determination, and population determination. No adjustments will be made to those final determinations, or to the department's final determination of full and true value of property, based upon a request for recalculation under this section.

(b) After all recalculations under this section are completed, no further recalculations will be made for that entitlement year.
