Section 535. Conditions for receiving a grant

3 AAC 107.535. Conditions for receiving a grant

(a) A successful applicant shall sign a grant agreement with the authority in order to receive the grant.

(b) A successful applicant that fails to execute a grant agreement with the authority within 60 days of receiving a notice of award from the authority forfeits the right to that grant award.

(c) The authority will, in its discretion, terminate the grant agreement if the grantee fails to meet the terms and conditions of the agreement.

(d) The authority will not disburse grant money for any work completed before the execution of the grant agreement.

(e) Within 90 days after the grant agreement is executed, unless otherwise determined by the authority, the grantee shall submit plans and specifications to the authority for review.

(f) Within eight months after the grant agreement is executed, permit work must be completed.

(g) Within 18 months after the grant agreement is executed, field construction work must be completed.

(h) The grantee shall pay all project costs above those costs on which the grant is based.
