Section 510. Grant limits

3 AAC 107.510. Grant limits

(a) The maximum dollar amount of a grant is 25 percent of the total amount of money appropriated to the fund in any given fiscal year, or $100,000, whichever is greater.

(b) A grant may not exceed 60 percent of the total eligible project costs.

(c) An electric utility may submit multiple applications. Each application must be for a project clearly and distinctly separate from the other and not a phase, continuation, or extension of another project for which an application is made under AS 42.45.200 .
