3 AAC 107.320. Utility improvements grant limits

The authority may not award a grant to a recipient under 3 AAC 107.300 - 3 AAC 107.430 in a fiscal year in an amount that exceeds 20 percent of the amount in the fund available in that fiscal year for grants under 3 AAC 107.300 - 3 AAC 107.430. An applicant may apply for, and the authority may award to an applicant, more than one grant under 3 AAC 107.300 - 3 AAC 107.430 during a fiscal year; however, the applicant must submit a separate application for each grant requested.
