Loan money will be disbursed when
(1) a security interest in the collateral is perfected for the benefit of the rural development initiative fund;
(2) requirements of the loan committee have been met;
(3) the applicant is in compliance with all other provisions of the loan documents, AS 44.88.600 - AS 44.88.620 , and 3 AAC 99.825 - 3 AAC 99.899; and
(4) the applicant has paid all required costs and fees.
