3 AAC 91.100. Monitoring of grant

(a) The grant will be monitored by the department. At any time during business hours, all records will be available to the department and its representatives. The department reserves the right to audit, examine, and make excerpts from transcripts from any record relating to matters covered by the letter of agreement.

(b) Upon failure to comply with the letter of agreement, the department will notify the applicant by certified mail of the specific noncompliance. Corrective actions must be taken by the applicant within 10 days of date of receipt of the written notice. The department may withhold payment of grant funds until the grantee complies with the letter of agreement.
