3 AAC 53.540. Blocking requirements

(a) Where technically feasible, a local exchange carrier shall provide free, first-time, customer-specific blocking of pay-per-call telephone service and annually notify its customers that initial blocking is available free of charge.

(b) A local exchange carrier may charge customers an appropriate tariffed fee for customer-specific reconnection to pay-per-call telephone service.

(c) A local exchange carrier may charge customers an appropriate tariffed fee for customer-specific blocking after having provided that customer initial blocking and reconnection to pay-per-call telephone service.
