3 AAC 52.930. Procedure

If an attaching utility and a pole-owning utility cannot reach agreement on a joint-use issue, including compensation, a complaint may be filed with the commission, and served on the other party, setting out the relevant facts and asking for relief. The other party may file an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of that complaint.
