3 AAC 52.060. Record of nonscheduled interruptions

Each gas utility shall keep a record of each nonscheduled interruption to service, showing the location, date, time, duration and cause of each interruption. This record shall be retained by the utility for three years and may be inspected by any person after meeting the requirement of AS 42.05.440 .
