3 AAC 30.110. Filing endorsements

Each insurer writing workers' compensation insurance, and the Alaska Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Pool, shall file with the division of insurance and attach to each issued insurance policy an endorsement providing an explanation of the insured's option to pay the premium in full or in installments if the insured's estimated annual premium exceeds $2,000.
