3 AAC 29.410. Limitation on use of schedule rating plan

An insurer may only use a schedule rating plan under 3 AAC 29.400 - 3 AAC 29.469 for business or commercial insurance as defined in AS 21.36.310 and surety insurance as defined in AS 21.12.080 .
