Section 110. Annual tax payment report

3 AAC 25.110. Annual tax payment report

The original and one copy of the annual tax payment report, accompanied by payment of premium taxes and the filing fee, for premiums written during the preceding calendar year, as required by AS 21.34.180 and 21.34.190, shall be submitted to the division at its Juneau office, and must be postmarked on or before the second day of March of each year. The report shall be signed by the surplus lines broker and the signature shall be notarized. The surplus lines broker shall maintain a copy of the report in a tax payment file. The annual tax payment report must reconcile with the monthly premium report summaries submitted to the division under 3 AAC 25.100.
