Section 10. Fingerprinting required

3 AAC 23.010. Fingerprinting required

(a) Every applicant for license by the division of insurance shall furnish his or her fingerprints to the director of the division.

(b) Every applicant shall be fingerprinted by a qualified, duly authorized person. The fee, if any, charged for this service must be paid by the applicant.

(c) Permanent license will be issued only after the application, with fees and fingerprint card, has been received, the application and fees reviewed and approved, and the fingerprint card forwarded to the appropriate agency for processing and search. The fee, if any, charged by the agency for fingerprint processing and search must be paid by the applicant.
