3 AAC 21.040. Forms; additional information and exhibits

In addition to the information expressly required to be included in Forms A - E, additional information must be provided if it is necessary to make the information contained in Forms A - E not misleading. A person may also file any exhibits in addition to those expressly required by the form. An exhibit must be clearly marked to indicate the subject matter to which it refers.
