3 AAC 06.320. Amended articles of incorporation

Upon approval of the conversion plan, amended articles of incorporation must be executed in duplicate by the chairperson, president, or a vice president of the converting association and its secretary or an assistant secretary, and verified by one of the officers of the converting association, all signatures being original. The amended articles of incorporation must include

(1) the conversion plan;

(2) the number of members who voted for and against the plan, and the total number of members eligible to vote;

(3) requirements of AS 06.15 for the initial articles of incorporation of a bank.
