2 AAC 70.210. Surrender of certificate of number

A person whose name appears as the owner of a boat on a certificate of number shall surrender the certificate by mailing or delivering the certificate to any office of the division within 15 days after it becomes invalid under 2 AAC 70.220(b) - (e).
