AS 45.20.010. Certain Claimants in Possession Considered Owner of Ores.
A person in the actual and peaceable possession of a mining claim, under claim or color of title, and engaged in the
mining, shipment and treatment, or sale of ore from it, shall, as to all persons purchasing the ore in good faith and
without notice as provided in this chapter of the title or claim of title, or ownership of another person to it, be
considered to be the lawful owner of the ore.
