AS 30.05.010. Subsidies to Freight Carriers.
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities may pay a sum of money not to exceed $30,000 a year to the owner
or charterer of a vessel of American registry who operates the vessel as a common carrier of freight and mail to and
from points the department designates.
