AS 29.35.630. Bonds Eligible For Investment.
Bonds issued under AS 29.35.625
are securities in which all public officers and public bodies of the state and its political subdivisions, all
insurance companies, trust companies, banks, investment companies, executors, administrators, trustees, and other
fiduciaries may properly and legally invest funds, including capital in their control or belonging to them. The bonds
may be deposited with a state or municipal officer of an agency or political subdivision of the state for any purpose
that the deposit of bonds of the state is authorized by law.
