AS 28.15.141. Duplicate Driver's License.
If a valid driver's license issued under this chapter is lost or destroyed, the person to whom the license was issued
may, upon payment of the required fee, obtain a duplicate license. A person who recovers an original license for which
a duplicate has been issued shall immediately surrender the duplicate to the department.
