AS 28.05.015. Wheeled Adjuncts.
The department shall, unless prohibited by an ordinance of a governmental subdivision of the state, allow pedestrians
to use wheeled adjuncts, such as rollerblades, roller skates, and roller skis, on roadways and vehicular ways in
addition to areas available for use by bicycles.
