AS 23.20.460. Limitation of Fees.
A claimant may not be charged fees or costs of any kind by the department, its representative, an appeal tribunal, a
court, or a court officer. However, a court may assess costs against the claimant if it determines that the proceedings
for judicial review have been instituted without reasonable grounds.
