Section 390. Permit For Individual Practice as a Public Accountant.

AS 08.04.390. Permit For Individual Practice as a Public Accountant.

The board shall issue a permit to engage in the practice of public accounting to a holder of a certificate or license if all offices of the certificate holder or licensee are maintained as required by AS 08.04.360 - 08.04.380. The permit is valid for two years.
