Section 440. Filing of Decree of Dissolution.

AS 10.20.440. Filing of Decree of Dissolution.

If the court enters a decree dissolving a corporation, the clerk of the court shall file a certified copy of the decree with the commissioner. A fee may not be charged for this filing.
