Rule 26. Power of Court to Provide Proper Facilities for Transaction of Business in Court-Payment of Expenses.
If the state does not provide proper rooms in which to hold the court and for the accommodations of the officers of the court, together with attendants, furniture, fuel, lights, and stationery, suitable and sufficient for the transaction of business, the chief justice may direct the administrative director of courts to provide them. The expenses thereof, certified by the chief justice to be correct, shall be paid out of the state treasury. (Adopted by SCO 412 effective July 1, 1980)
