Section 30. Hours

23 AAC 05.030. Hours

(a) The victims' advocate's business office will be open to the public during regular business hours. Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except state holidays. The office may be closed to the public during the noon hour Monday through Friday.

(b) The office of victims' rights will observe holidays in accordance with AS 44.12.010 . Observance of a holiday means that the victims' advocate's business office will be closed to the public and employees given the day off work with holiday pay.
