Section 940. Time limitations

22 AAC 20.940. Time limitations

(a) The various time limitations in this chapter have been established to promote the efficient operation of the board while ensuring that all parties to hearings are given adequate consideration. Any time limitation in this chapter will, in the board's discretion, be relaxed if, in the opinion of the board, strict adherence to it would bring about an injustice.

(b) The board will adhere to the time limitations established in this chapter, and will see that the time limitations established for others involved in the parole process are also followed, whenever possible.
