Section 535. Disqualification of hearing officer

22 AAC 20.535. Disqualification of hearing officer

(a) The provisions of 22 AAC 20.525 and 22 AAC 20.530, where applicable, apply to hearing officers as well as board members.

(b) A board member serving as a hearing officer may disqualify oneself or may be disqualified by the board chair.

(c) A board staff person serving as a hearing officer may disqualify oneself or may be disqualified by the board chair or by the executive director.
