(a) Allegations referred to in 22 AAC 20.445 - 22 AAC 20.450 may be amended or corrected at any time by the parole officer or board before a hearing begins or during the hearing, with the permission of the board.
(b) Allegations referred to in 22 AAC 20.445 - 22 AAC 20.450 may be dismissed by the parole officer at any time before the completion of the final revocation hearing.
